Privacy policy

This website collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. We do not use cookies, run analytics or embed third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own server, so opening the website does not send your IP address to Google or any other font provider.

Who controls your data

The controller of your personal data is Oskar Tkaczyk, a sole trader operating as Nodis Oskar Tkaczyk (under the Nodis Systems brand), ul. Jutrzenki 114B, 02-230 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5223289023.

For personal data enquiries: kontakt@nodis.com.pl.

What data we collect

From the contact form: your name, the email address or phone number you provide, and your message. We also record the submission date.

The server also records technical submission data, namely your IP address and browser identifier, solely to limit spam and abuse.

We do not collect any data about people who only browse the website and do not submit the form.

Why we process data and our legal basis

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address or phone number.

How long we keep your data

We delete enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship 24 months after the last contact. If we work together, we retain the data for the duration of that relationship and for the period required by tax and accounting regulations. Technical submission logs are deleted after 12 months.

Who we share data with

Data is stored on a server in Germany with our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen), within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Apart from our infrastructure provider, we do not share form data with anyone. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or use it for profiling. We do not make automated decisions.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email kontakt@nodis.com.pl. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you believe we are processing your data unlawfully.

Cookies

This website does not store cookies or anything in your browser storage. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Changes to this policy

If the scope of data collection changes, for example if we add a newsletter or analytics, we will update this document and change the date at the top of the page.
