How does the free call differ from an audit?
The call takes about half an hour and helps us both understand what is getting stuck, how many people it affects and whether automation makes sense. The audit involves a few hours at your business, after which you receive a process map, a list of where time is lost and a quote for each stage.
How much does an audit cost?
The audit has a fixed price agreed before we start, based on the number of processes it covers. We quote after the first call. You keep the audit document whether or not you decide to proceed with implementation.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. We usually connect to what already works: inventory software, accounting, email and spreadsheets. We build a layer that moves data between them, and only recommend replacing a system if it is genuinely blocking your work.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the scope, but you do not have to wait for the whole system. We split it into stages, each with its own deadline and price. You get the first working part, such as automated reminders or a report, before you pay for the rest.
What if we stop halfway through?
You keep everything you have paid for: completed stages, code in a repository owned by your company, documentation and account access. Any other provider can take over. You are free to choose who you work with.
Who has access to our data?
Only the people working on your project, under a data processing agreement. Servers are in the European Union, with encryption and controlled access in line with the GDPR. Accounts and servers are set up in your company's name, so you can revoke our access at any time.
