The assistant has one task, clear criteria and a consistent response structure. It is a focused tool that delivers results in the same format every time.

A person approves the result

When an output goes to a client, into accounting or into a contract, a person has the final say. The assistant prepares; the person decides.

Browser access for the whole team

No installation, with permissions and a usage history. We integrate the assistant into an application, email or an existing process, wherever the work actually happens.

Data under your control

We store data on EU servers, with encryption and access controls in line with the GDPR. We select models and settings so your documents are not used to train other companies' models.

A few hours at your business to see how work really happens. We produce a process map, identify where time is lost and provide a quote. You keep the document.

Delivery in stages

Every stage has a fixed price and deadline. After each one, you see a working part of the system and decide whether to continue.

04 · AI for business FAQs

Will our data be used to train models?

Not unless you want it to be. We use models with business settings that prevent providers from using submitted data for training. Where necessary, we run models on our own server in the European Union. During the audit, we agree which documents may leave your company at all.

Where does AI make sense, and where does it not?

It makes sense for repetitive tasks with clear criteria and measurable hours spent on them. It does not make sense as a chatbot without a purpose, or for decisions that require personal accountability. We will say so directly, even if it means a smaller project.

What does ongoing operation cost?

The cost consists of model usage, usually a small fraction of a zloty per document, plus a fixed monthly fee for system support. Before we start, we provide an estimate based on the actual number of documents or enquiries in your business.
