Services · 02 · Process automation

The work you do by hand, handled automatically.

Moving data between systems, a report every Monday, a reminder about an expiring policy, a quote built from the same fields every time. Small tasks on their own, costly when added up. The system takes care of them.

01 · What we typically automate

Data copied from system to system.

An emailed order goes into a spreadsheet, then into inventory software, then onto an invoice. Manually every time, with a chance of a typo at every step.

Deadlines in one person's calendar.

An insurance policy, inspection, contract or warranty. The reminder works only while that person is at work and remembers to check.

A report rebuilt every week.

Someone pieces together numbers from several files to answer the same question as last week. Half a day's work, and the result still only reflects Monday's figures.

Quotes and summaries from the same data.

A document with the same layout, assembled by hand from the same fields. Two days of waiting instead of twelve minutes.

02 · What you get

Connections between systems

Email, spreadsheets, inventory software, accounting, calendars and CRM. Data entered once reaches every place it needs to go, without copying.

Schedules and notifications

The report sends itself every Monday at 7 am. A policy reminder goes to the right person 30 days before expiry, instead of relying on a single inbox.

Logs and oversight

Every automated run leaves a record: what it did, which data it used and whether it succeeded. If something is wrong, you see it straight away rather than a month later.

Support for your running system

Hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and small changes. A fixed monthly fee and a clearly defined scope, with no charge for every email.

03 · What to expect

01

Audit

A few hours at your business to see how work really happens. We produce a process map, identify where time is lost and provide a quote. You keep the document.

02

Delivery in stages

Every stage has a fixed price and deadline. After each one, you see a working part of the system and decide whether to continue.

03

Ongoing support

Hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and small changes. A fixed monthly fee and a clearly defined scope.

From our work

2,000 per week

Automated lead sourcing and qualification

The sales team used to find companies to contact manually. We built a pipeline that searches for companies using defined criteria, adds contact details, assesses their fit and saves the results to a database. Two thousand verified contacts per week, with no manual work. Doing it by hand was a full-time job.

04 · Process automation FAQs

Which systems can you connect?

Anything with an API, file export or even an email inbox: popular inventory and accounting software, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, CRMs and online shops. During the audit, we check exactly how your systems send and receive data.

What if the automation makes a mistake?

Every automated action leaves a record. For irreversible operations, such as sending something to a client or changing accounting records, we retain a human approval step. Errors are visible in the log, and fixing them means updating a rule rather than cleaning up manually.

Where should we start?

With one process that causes the most trouble and can be measured in hours spent each week. The audit identifies these areas and ranks them by potential benefit. The first stage usually tackles one of them.
