An application built around the way you work.

We build internal applications for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and email: one database, one team workspace and connections to the tools you already use. Your workflows shape the software.

01 · Signs you need your own application

The same record in three files.

A customer, order or machine appears in several spreadsheets at once, each maintained by a different person in a different format. Nobody knows which version is correct.

Off-the-shelf software fits 60 per cent of your needs.

The rest relies on workarounds: a notes column, another file on the side and manual data entry. Your business is adapting to the tool instead of the tool supporting your business.

Knowledge held by one person.

How to prepare a quote, plan production or find a complaint history: one person knows, but the system does not.

A report takes half a day.

Answering a simple question about order status or margins means piecing together numbers from several files. Every week, all over again.

02 · What you get

One database, one workspace

All your data in one place, with search, filters and linked records. Your team works in a browser on computers and phones, with nothing to install.

Permissions and a change history

Everyone sees what they should. Every change has an author and a date, so you can always see who changed what.

Connections to your existing tools

Inventory software, accounting, email, calendars and spreadsheets. We connect to existing systems and only recommend replacing one if it is genuinely blocking your work.

Code and data owned by your company

We set up the repository, server and accounts in your name from day one. We leave documentation so another provider can take over. Data stays on servers in the European Union.

03 · What to expect

01

Audit

A few hours at your business to see how work really happens. We produce a process map, identify where time is lost and provide a quote. You keep the document.

02

Delivery in stages

Every stage has a fixed price and deadline. After each one, you see a working part of the system and decide whether to continue.

03

Ongoing support

Hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and small changes. A fixed monthly fee and a clearly defined scope.

From our work

1 instead of 30

An application replacing dozens of spreadsheets

Market, competitor and partner data was scattered across files. We built an internal application with one database, search and linked records. A report that used to take hours is ready in minutes.

04 · Business application FAQs

Would off-the-shelf software be cheaper?

If it covers 90 per cent of your needs, yes, and we will tell you during the audit. A custom application makes sense when no existing product supports your process without workarounds, or when licensing costs for the whole team grow faster than the cost of building a solution.

How long does it take to build an application?

The first working part is usually ready within a few weeks of the audit. We split the system into stages, each ending with something the team can already use. The full timeline depends on the number of processes; we agree the price and deadline for every stage before it starts.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything. Your company owns the code, database and server, and the documentation explains how the system works and how to develop it further. Any other provider can take over. You are free to choose who you work with.
